Q: Do I need an appointment to attend?
A: No! However, appointments are highly recommended to receive one-on-one attention and access the $100 credit.
Q: What qualifies for the $100 appointment credit?
A: The $100 credit is valid with a qualifying purchase made during your event-day appointment. Ear piercing appointments are excluded from this promotion.
Q: Can I bring in a diamond I didn’t buy from you?
A: Absolutely! While only David Douglas natural diamonds qualify for the trade-in bonus, we’re happy to explore remount or custom options for any stone you bring in.
Q: Can I trade in my smaller carat natural diamond and upgrade to a larger carat lab-grown diamond and still qualify for the upgrade promotion?
A: No, lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for this promotion. Trade-in credit can only be applied toward the purchase of a new natural diamond.
Q: What if I don’t know what I want yet?
A: That’s exactly what we’re here for! You’ll meet one-on-one with a specialist who can walk you through your options without any pressure.
Q: Can I bring my old diamond or jewelry?
A: Yes! We love helping clients reimagine pieces they already own.
Q: Are there any exclusions to the event promotions?
A: Yes. While many items are eligible, in-house custom design projects are excluded from promotional pricing. However, customization on existing pieces — such as remounts or design adjustments — is available and included as part of the event experience.
